Week 4 weigh-in

Well, it wasn't exactly what I expected or hoped for, there was some good, some not so good.  I gained .8 lb, which is the not so good.  But, my body fat went down 1.5%, so that is good.  At least I hope it's good, it could mean I just gained somewhere else and the percentage just changed, not that I actually lost any fat.  Ah well, not every week is going to be spectacular.

Yesterday I was super tired, probably from doing the elliptical twice on Friday.  So I didn't work out, heck I didn't do much of anything.  Then for dinner I was craving something totally awful and fattening, so I took the kids to Wendy's.  It tasted really good, I totally enjoyed every last bite of my fries and bacon cheeseburger, and it got me out of cooking, and I really haven't eaten food like that in over a month...so I wasn't feeling guilty at all!

But isn't that the important thing when you are changing your lifestyle?  To do good most of the time so that it is ok to occasionally splurge on something and not have to feel bad about it?
