3 Weeks Down

I have completed 3 weeks of doing Weight Watchers Online.  Well, almost, Saturday is my weigh-in day and my weekly points reset, but officially I started on a Monday, so I still have a day to go and....anyway, now I'm just babbling pointlessly!

My first week, as expected I lost nothing.  Not that I did badly, I just never seem to lose the first week (or more.)

My second week I wasn't sure, I had been sick early in the week and didn't feel like I did as well as I could have.  And yet I went from 276.8 to 275 lbs.  (HA! I first mis-typed that as 175 lbs, WOW, that was an awesome week!!)

My third week I was sure I would lose nothing again.  I had been really tired all week, missed several workouts, and ate too much sugar.  And yet...I went from 275 lbs to 273 lbs!!!

I must say I am very surprised, but very happy with my results thus far.  My goal was to ease back into things for the entire month of January, and I have been doing that.  Making a few diet changes, adding more fruits and veggies, doing short workouts daily (er, well, daily was the plan and I had been doing ok until last week.)  I think I shall stick with what I've been doing for at least another week before I make any real changes to my routine.

If this keeps up I should reach my first 5% weight loss goal by the first week of March, yay!
