It has been a super long time since I posted here. It has been a super long time since I felt like I should post here. *sigh* I did well in January, and then...not so much. February I got off my routine, then I got sick. March I swore I'd get back on track, but the next thing I knew it was April. April I swore I'd get back on track, but the next thing I knew it was May. And now here it is almost the end of May. I haven't been keeping track of my points, haven't been working out regularly, have given in to certain foods or certain amounts way too much. As a result I gained back all the weight I lost, plus some.
Ugh.
The past couple weeks I have been putting more effort into getting back into the swing of things. It hasn't been spectacular, but it's been somewhat of an effort at least. I know what helped back in January was that I made small goals and I knew that I would mess up and made it ok for me to do that. I expected that I'd slip and not meet every goal and I accepted that without feeling like a failure. I haven't had that same mind set since then and I really need to get back to it. Plus the smaller the goal the easier it is for me to reach it, and then I feel good about that and want to keep going. So...
This week my goal are:
Food - track breakfast and lunch points every day
Exercise - workout for a minimum of 20 minutes 4 days
