I have tentatively decided not to watch The Biggest Loser this season for a very specific reason that has nothing to do with the show or with me or weight loss or anything like that, it's an outside influence that's not even really worth going into. I don't know how long it'll last, I've watched every episode of every season, except one and that was only because my DVR messed up, my resolve may waver sooner or later. To my credit, I didn't even know until after 9 pm last night that the season premier was on.
So, last night for the first time since the show started airing...I didn't sit in front of the tv for 2 hours watching the show. Instead I worked out and then went upstairs to read before going to bed. Maybe that says something good about where I'm currently heading. Or maybe it was just that I hadn't worked out in several days and my kids have been driving me crazy and I NEEDED to sweat last night!
