I got my Body Bugg yesterday and charged it up so I could wear it for the first time today! The calorie burn goal it set for me is 3,000 calories. The day isn't quite over yet and I still have 29 calories to burn...I think I'll make it! It was a busy day, but not overly so. I didn't get an actual workout in, just did a lot of walking with the dogs and at the grocery store...although it says I was only at 7600 steps and my goal is 10,000. I suppose if I had done a workout that would have been a lot more.
I think for the next several days to a week I'll just try to get a baseline of what my activity is. Then once I see where I'm at, then I'll try to make some changes. It is cool to see just how many calories I really burn in a day. The Gruve thing I used to use was nice, but just not accuate enough for me. If I can just get used to the feeling of the Body Bugg on my arm, I'll be all set!
