First...I am really loving the Body Bugg! I notice that I am more active just because I know I have it on. I have had a couple of low energy days when I didn't quite reach calorie burn goal of 3000 per day, but all the other days I have exceeded it, so I suppose it all evens out. Now I need to start keeping track of my calories. I'm so bad at that, I can start out the day doing it, but by the afternoon I completely forget.
I also got a new scale last week. It's one of the types that tells you your entire body composition. I have gotten so frustrated with doing more exercise and losing inches in my waist but no weight I thought it might be nice to look at other factors. And I think it will help give me a realistic goal weight based on how much my muscle and bone weighs, instead of picking a random number on some scale that somebody has decided is a healthy weight for my height.
Had a hard time getting in workouts last week. I started doing daycare for a friend's baby and am finding it exceedingly difficult to get anything done!
